Preferred Vendors
Marriage License: Obtain a license from any county clerk in Texas. The license must be 72 hours old before the ceremony, and no older than 30 days. This is for either in-state or out-of-state couples. Inquire.
Lajitas Chapel
A beautiful 19th Century historic landmark, the restored Lajitas Chapel is a perfect setting for an intimate wedding ceremony. Adobe walls, Saltillo tile and beautiful hand painted artistry make this charming wedding chapel a wonderful setting.
Fireplace Gazebo
Nestled in a landscaped courtyard with a vine-covered wooden gazebo is the Cavalry Post Fireplace. The Lajitas Mesa rises above in the distance; offering a breathtaking natural backdrop for your wedding ceremony and photographs.
The Bell Tower

The Ocotillo was created to blend with the natural beauty of the landscape and, at the same time, create a relaxed atmosphere for your guests. Offering a view of the Rio Grande River and enjoying dramatic painted sunsets, Ocotillo is the perfect setting for weddings and other special events. An expansive bar, outdoor patio and third level observatory with views of the Rio Grande River and Mexico is the perfect backdrop for your event.
